八丈島のおばちゃん

八丈島にある民宿「友喜荘」を一人で切り盛りするようになったのが４０年以上前のこと。
それからずっと守り続けている。足繁く通う顧客があるから。
その期待に応えるため台所に立ち「おもてなし」を繰り返す。
いつも言うのは「歳をとりたくない」と。服部なおこさん

It is the thing more than 40 years ago to have come to manage private home providing meals and lodging “yuki-so” isle of Hachijo.
Then she continue service all the time. Because there is a customer going frequently.
She stand in the kitchen to meet the expectation of “hospitality”.
